Build an RF Project initiative
An RF Project initiative can involve one or more RFGroups. The initiative’s status is set by the RF Admin. When creating an RF Project initiative, you select the initiative from a list that is predefined by the RF Admin in the RFID dimension table.
NOTE: You cannot add data to actuals periods for initiatives.
To build an RF Project initiative:

In the Initiatives tab, double-click Double Click to Insert New Initiative.

In the Insert Calc Method(s) in sheet Initiatives dialog, select RF Project, and then click OK.

Select from a list of existing projects:

In the Calc Method Variables dialog, click Choose Value. The Choose Value dialog provides a list of available projects.

Select a project, and then click OK.

In the Calc Method Variables dialog, click OK.

In the various sections, add data as needed. For details, see the instructions for completing the Initiative sheet sections in Build an RF Group initiative, beginning with Volume (statistics).

On the Main ribbon tab, click Save.
NOTE: Only the RF Administrator can change the approval status in the RFID dimension table.
The approval option on the Initiative tab of the plan file is unavailable and locked from making changes.
